The starting-point questions do not ask for medical information or require your name, email address or phone number. The plan is produced before the optional contact request.
Summit demonstration
In demo mode, the contact request form is a presentation aid. The details typed into it stay in the browser for that demonstration and are not sent to a gym or stored in the journey database.
Live pilot
The participating gym is TFW Abingdon. If you accept the privacy agreement, your name, email address, mobile number, planning preference and starting brief are sent securely to its GoHighLevel account so the coaching team can arrange the free planning session and 14-day start. The app stores only a salted submission fingerprint, operational status, recommendation track and route, never the contact details themselves.
Five-day welcome
After you and the coach agree the first training date, requested service SMS messages can link to the TFW Abingdon welcome experience hosted by Netlify. It uses the appointment context to show the correct countdown and a secure server-side ElevenLabs service to create the coach-audio welcome. These are service messages for the start you requested, not marketing messages.

Service and marketing are separate
The required privacy agreement covers arranging the planning session, the requested five-day welcome and the free 14-day start. Promotional messages require the separate optional marketing box. Leaving that box unticked must not prevent service messages about the requested conversation or booking.
Aggregate measurement
Measurement is off by default. An approved pilot can count allowlisted product events such as journey starts, completed plans, route choices and confirmed lifecycle stages. The app does not use an analytics cookie or store a visitor ID, IP address, user agent, contact detail or free-text answer in its measurement table. Counts describe activity, not unique people. External lifecycle references are salted and hashed before storage. Aggregate measurement records are automatically removed after 400 days.
Owner access
Aggregate reporting requires ChatGPT sign-in and a server-side email allowlist. A signed-in account that is not explicitly authorised cannot read the dashboard. Making the customer journey public does not make the owner metrics public.
Your choices
You can keep, share or print the plan without sending a contact request. Access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal requests are handled by Training For Warriors Abingdon through the contact details above. Do not use the form for an emergency, medical issue or immediate safeguarding concern.
